Hello, just joined fizz internet. I paid my first month now waiting for my technician to deliver router and activate my fizz. So I am waiting home for him or her to show show up I go check my fizz account suddenly I saw a notification saying my appointment is tomorrow but I click view notification it says appointment is today. Weird, I am home took a day off just for this. They better not say I wasn’t home because I am still waiting are they gonna call? Ring ? Because they are supposed to come today you can’t just decide to automatically reschedule me for tomorrow it’s a bit frustrating not being able to understand what is going on. Another question if the tec does not show up today I would like to know how to cancel my service and refund my first paiement. Any help please?

    The tech will come tomorrow the nov 17th

    But it is strange that you have an other message saying today, however, if it will come today the time slot that you have it is 20h30
