Hi.

This morning I received a mail telling me the transition to VoLTE sim card is complete... I tried to activate the function on my phone but, even whet the model is named as verified in Fizz list, a message appears telling me the network is not verified and my phone battery could be damage... Could anyone telling me what is going on? Thank you.

    Hi Luis, this message is not from Fizz or there was a sending error, because the VoLTE service is not yet active.

    “........... when all Fizz phone numbers will migrate to the LTE network sometime in 2023...”
