My account is not activated.
Hey,
So I’m having trouble with the modem I just received. First everything was alright. The signals on the modem were right, connected in the app, Wi-Fi network setup but my account was not registered. Multiple hours and fail attempts to connect with Fizz, I try to factory reset and now nothing works, all the passwords and still can’t connect to an agent at Fizz after more attempts to contact them. I’m stuck here. What can I do when no body replies?

Is your account activated on the portal?
