I want to reactivate my phone plan that I have not used for over a year with the same SIM card but a different payment method. But it says if I want to do that it's on a bill from your previous provider.

How can I reactivate with the same SIM card and phone number but a different payment method?

    Hi, normally the method of payment is not linked to the change of card or package. I think it's more due to the long period of time that you haven't used your mobile plan.

    Contact customer service and they can give you the best information on this. They will probably advise you to change to the new SIM card - VoLTE if you have the old card. Open this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
