My initial modem password does not work

Hello,

my wifi modem is installed but I cannot use the default key (initial password) to use the wifi while I have tried multiple times.


Could you provide me any technical support or solution?

    Hi, often one can confuse characters which resemble each other.

    « Pay close attention to characters that are similar, such as O and 0, as well as I and 1. »

    Or

    « If you can’t connect with the password (Default Key) shown on the back of the modem, use the Ethernet cable to connect your Wi-Fi enabled device directly into one of the modem’s ports. Follow the on-screen steps of the “Easy Connect” interface. You’ll have the opportunity to choose your own password, and you’ll be able to connect wirelessly next time. »
