After how many days will my plan/ phone number be completely gone?
Hello,
let’s say I don’t make a payment to my plan, i am aware that my plan will be suspended for 30 days, but after how many days can I not make my payment until my phone number or will no longer exist?
After how many days can I go with my plan being suspended with the same number, before it’s completely gone and I wouldn’t be able to deactivate it ?

Hi, indeed, you have 1 month to update your payment after a suspension.
« If you don’t make your payment on time, your plan that was suspended will be automatically cancelled. »
In the case of a mobile plan, this means:
- your SIM card has been deactivated
- your phone number may have been assigned to another person
AND AFTER :
“We keep the phone number in our systems for a period of 60 days following the deactivation date. If you want to transfer your number to another provider, you’ll have to resubscribe and hope your number is still available because only active numbers can be transferred.”

In summary: after 60 days of cancellation, your old phone number does not disappear but is sent to a bank of numbers and can be assigned to another person.
