New fizz sim card
Good afternoon
I received a new sim card (I was sent an email saying that I have to order a new sim) from Fizz. However when I insert it in my iphone it tells me "no service'. I tried to restart my phone and ensured that the sim is inserted properly.
What might be the issue?

Hi Salome, have you activated your new SIM card? Here is the procedure to do:
Go to your account, to My Plans. Select the package associated with your mobile.
Click on Manage my plan, then Change my SIM card and Activate my SIM card to activate it to replace the previous one.
It would be better to restart your phone after activation.

and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, to your right, click on it and then another click. You can chat with support.
