How to activate a new mobile plan/sim with a reference code?

Hello, I would like to activate a new mobile plan with a new sim card and I have a reference code. I already have home internet service with Fizz, therefore I would like to combine both services for more savings.

Can you please help ?

Hi, it is in your account, when activating the mobile plan (and not when activating the card) that you put the reference code. You cannot "combine" two services at Fizz but put them in the same account. But I don't believe it's possible now to use a referral code.

"A fizz member can only be referred once, when they subscribe to their first Fizz service. For example, if a person subscribes to the Fizz mobile service without using a referral code, she won’t be able to use one when she adds another mobile plan or subscribes to the Home internet service (the reference code step will have disappeared)."

Hi, if you used the referral code for your mobile plan, you cannot use another for home internet.

However, you will unlock an additional 3 upgrade slots to use on that secondary plan.
