Can add ons be purchased using funds in Fizz wallet?

    Hi Alexsolo

    I'm pretty sure you cannot use the Fizz wallet funds to directly purchase add-ons per se.

    The funds you deposit in your Wallet will not be spent unless:

    1. You decide to use them to Pay As You Go.
    2. Your plan only includes data. You will be able to use Pay As You Go make calls and send texts.
    3. You deplete your monthly plan and do not buy an Add-On. Funds in your Wallet will automatically be used to pay for calls and text.

    However the funds you put in your Wallet can be refunded to you. You must make your request to Fizz customer service. Once the funds are returned to your card, you can use the amount to pay your monthly plan or purchase add-ons...
