Site Down Every Month on Payment Date

Hi, for the past 4 months the site has been down for over 12 hours on the day Fizz supposed to take the payment. The payment isn't taken and I can't make a payment on the site since it's down and then I'm without a phone that entire time.

Is it just me? 😬

    Hi, the website may be in maintenance from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. which is normal to ensure proper operation.

    You can enter your account outside of these maintenance hours without difficulty. Good luck!
