I can not pay my plan. I can not add another credit card. how do i pay?

Hi,

FIZZ is not able to charge me...why?...there is no problem with the credit card.

I tried to add another credit card...and the website is not letting me add any card...

how do i pay my plan before is cancelled?...i have until TODAY...

First time i have that problem.
