Internet went down??
I'm not sure what happened. My boyfriend said he didn't have internet and when I looked at the modem only the top "on" light was lit, none other. I removed the plug and replugged it, it seems to work now. There's no offline status on Fizz and no other message about this in the forum. There was no light flicker or power outage.
When I try to do a speed test via the app it keeps making an error during the upload between internet and modem. But, then again, I don't think I could do the speed test before either. Moved my internet 3 weeks ago and I couldn't get the speed via the app then either.

Internet may have been down in your area, else it could have been a glitch with the router since a reboot seemingly fixed the issue.
For speed tests I can suggest alternatives to the app,

Regarding the speed test, I will try reinstall the app and if this doesn't help I will contact the support
