When I am overseas, can I still make call to Canada or receive call from Canada?

Hi there, I'm planning to travel to Vietnam for 1 month but my job requires me to be able to receive and make phone call to Canada during this period. I'm happy to purchase the International travel Add-on from Fizz but just want to make sure if it's a possibility or no.

No, you cannot sorry, at the moment the voicecall are supported only in Canada https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-travelling-outside-my-coverage-zone-what-are-my-roaming-options

You should try to use some kind of voip app, such as fongo, textnow or other
