I got a refund form fizz

I was wondering I got a new debit card and I need to activate it but fizz said the would send it to my old card what do I do?

If you don't have the old card anymore, the credit card company should send you a check with the refund when they will receive it from Fizz.

Is this a visa/mastercard debit?

Usually the chequin acc is still tied to your name/bank, so if they send back the funds, it should route to your chequing account.
