Unable to use the chat anymore?

Hi,

I've used the chat many times by going into the "Status of our services", waiting for the green bubble, and clicking on chat.

But now it just doesn't work. Tried on 3 browsers. On 2 computers. On 2 mobiles. I click on chat, and nothing happens.

It's just frustrating.

Anyone has a solution for this?

    Hi akaris, clear your browser cache and try in private mode. I just tried this page with Firefox and everything is working, go to: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues

    and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, you can chat with support. Or sometimes the chat window pops up suddenly.

    If there are too many people wanting to chat at the same time, the green bubble will not appear.
