I moved from Chelsea QC to Montreal, how do I switch my number to a local area code?
Normally I wouldn’t change but it’s seems there are people who can’t reach me because 873 (what I’m currently) is a long distance number for them and they don’t have a long distance plan. I don’t want to sign up as new as I’ve earned fizz rewards and perks.

Hi
Your phone area code is linked to the postal address associated with your account. Make sure your address matches the area code you want, then choose a new phone number.

Here would be my suggestion,
Sign up to Fongo for a "home phone" service.
New Local Phone Numbers in Quebec Now Available | News & Press | Fongo (873) numbers are available.
Fongo Home Phone | Low-Cost Home Phone In Canada for $4.95
It costs 5$ a month, and the actual voip appliance costs 29$
You plug it into the router and then get a home phone to plug into the box, except you configure it to forward your incoming calls onto your cellphone.

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question but where do I find my address? I looked in the settings under all the tabs and it’s not there.
