Hello everyone, I got 2 phone plans and as a reward “perk” I was supposed to get 1 free month of internet "reward", now I am going to activate my internet plan and in the process the system says that I already used the 1 month free and I do not.

Please do you know what to do?

Has it happened to anyone else?
