I moved without changing my service address.

I moved and took my router with me without changing my service address. I don’t want to have my wifi deactivated, I just want the address on my account to change. How do I do this.

You must follow the moving procedure https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service

If you don't do it, someday you can have the cable disconnected, since for Fizz/Videotron no one should use it
