Why can't I change my mobile plan?
Today is September 22nd. My next billing cycle starts on September 26th. I want to change my plan for the next cycle, but I'm getting a pop-up that says "no change can be made before 09-26." I know plans renew 72 hours before the next cycle, but I am not within that window (but I will be soon, which is why I want to change my plan now!) What's going on?
