broken modem
it seams impossible to talk to someone here, the chat sign is nowhere to be seen. modem is broken and i work from home. HELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP

For the chat, try in private mode or in another browser. Oh, and, do you have an extension that blocks ads or scripts?
If it's not working, you can use Facebook, Instagram...

I find that chat isn't working for me tonight either. They must have a problem with or be overwhelmed :( You will have to wait or use other means to get in touch with them.
