Why am I still getting charge on this telephon number
Hi, my situation is complicated. I have two telephone numbers for the same phone, so I got charge twice : once for each number this month. This happenend because when I first tried to activate my SIMS card I thought it didn't worked when in fact it did. So, I try again this is why I have currently two phone numbers. But, the thing is that the number I'm currently using isn't the one I ordered my phone from fizz with. And obviously I don't have access to my last phone number. So, I'm afraid that if I cancel my plan with the telephone number I'm not using, i'll have to pay for the whole phone.
Can someone help me?
