No SIM card, no chat box..
I ordered my SIM card on Monday, and received a notice that it was delivered a day later. I have not received it however, and I have been unable to locate the chat box for 2 days after being told by the carrier to contact Fizz. I saw some solutions saying that re-ordering is an option, but paying another $18 doesn't seem to make sense.

You need to speack with the support.
If the chat is not working, you can try in a private tab. You will also have to disable extensions like NoScripts or adblock, if you have any...
To contact Fizz, go to: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues , at the bottom, there is a green bubble with a question mark, you can chat with support.
