Please try restarting your device.
Which network are you connected to? If you are outside of Quebec/Ottawa, make sure to enable the roaming option on your phone.
If you are connected to Fizz Ext, try disabling the roaming option and connecting directly to Fizz network.
If you are already connected to Fizz network, try connected to Fizz Ext with roaming enabled and then revert back to Fizz network.
If you have another device you could test with, try putting the SIM card in the other phone to see if the issue persists.
