Hi dears, I can't access the chat service, when I push the icon nothing comes....for WhatsApp and messenger ni one response to me. This is happening recently so how can I reach them.

    Hi @Fizz_fan2022

    First, you must use your browser in private mode. Then, you can chat with an agent directly 24/7 using the live chat function. To contact them on the live chat you have to go to any of the FAQs and click the (?) in the lower right corner of the screen. Once you do that you will have to click on the (...) three dots which represent the live chat function. https://fizz.ca/en/support#gsc.tab=0
