I ordered 5 VoLTE sim cards on 25 August but they have not yet been delivered.
Any suggestions how to track the order?
Hello, for the delivery of the new -VoLte SIM card there are long delays. Several subscribers are in such a situation. There is nothing urgent either because Fizz's VoLte service is not active and your current card is still valid. Just wait a little longer.
Nothing urgent? I'm travelling to the U.S. in less than a month where 3G no longer exists. Do I have to switch providers?! We have 3 subscribers in our household travelling.
I just got an email indicating shipping will be delayed:
Shipping for your new SIM card is delayed.
We have a glitch with the shipment of the new VoLTE SIM cards. We did receive your order, but it will take longer than expected to get it to you. Don't worry, this delay has no impact on your mobile services. Thank you for your patience.
