Why is my internet disconnecting everyday for the past two weeks?
Everyday my internet crashes at around the same time between 4am to 6am and it's slowly crashing sooner than the previous day. My internet crashes at 11pm - 12am now. I always have to unplug/plug the power cord to get my internet back.
FYI this all started when there was a storm in the Greater Montreal Area. My neighbour has the same problem where he has to unplug/plug too but he's with Vidéotron. I don't know if it's related.
Anyway I need a permanent solution because it's been going on for far too long

For this morning, it's probably a different issue. There are major outages on Videotron's network.
If the service cuts often, not to mention what is happening this morning, and you have tried the usual stuff, I think you will have to communicate directly with support :(
