Dear Fizz,

You asked me to order a free SIM but it was never delivered.

As far as I understand, I am required to change to new SIM card.

I ordered it on August 23rd. Could you please deliver it?

My invoice is attached.

    Everyone is in the same situation as you. It's often take over a month to get the new SIM. That said, it's not urgent to change the SIM, it's in preparation for VoLTE which is not currently available on the network anyway.

    Why isn't anyone complaining about it though?

    Just because the change is not urgent, it doesn't mean that we shouldn't get this requirement done as soon as possible.

    That forum is full of people talking about it!

    That said, personally, I don't think it's a big issue. Except maybe they should message the people waiting to let them know about the delay... As often with Fizz, the lack of communication is the problem.
