Phone jack vs Coax jack

Hi, can I use a phone jack instead of a coax jack when connecting a new Fizz internet service? My house does not have any working coax jacks, and my current internet uses the home phone jack.

    No, that's not possible. Fizz's service uses Videotron's coaxial cable and is not offered over xDSL.

    A technician will have to install a functional coax jack for you.
