Problems with activating the SIM card
Hello, I am trying to activate my sim card and transfer my old phone number. However, my old phone number is in the area code of Vancouver. Does that mean I cannot transfer this phone number? I tried to get a new number too but it says no new number available. Can anyone please help me solve this problem? Thanks!!

@jjjason Hi, it is not possible for your phone number, there is:
- Only mobile numbers coming from the province of Quebec or the Ottawa region can be transferred.
- Only numbers from the Fizz subscription area can be transferred to Fizz. If your number starts with an area code outside the subscription area, your number cannot be transferred.
