Ordered free VoLTE compatible SIM card, but hasn't shown up

Ordered it over 3 weeks ago and hasn't arrived in the mailbox.

How to confirm it was sent or get new one re-sent?

    If you search the forum, you will see that everyone is in the same situation. You have to be very patient before receiving the new SIMs.
