Modem doesn't work, only the "power" light is on

as the title said, only the Power lights in on and there is no wifi, nor ethernet. what do I do to fix this?

I tried to unplug everything, tried the "reset" button, nothing seems to work

    In the Neuville sector there were problems this morning and Fizz put a lot of effort into correcting the situation. If not,

    Have you tried restarting your modem?

    Remove the power cable from the back Wait 15-20 seconds

    Reconnect your cable to the modem

    Wait 3-4 minutes for the modem to restart and be functional.

    Have you tried plugging a device directly into the modem to see if the internet is working?
