Is it normal to not be able to reach the support tech bubble?

    I suggest to you to use your browser in private mode. After, go to any of the FAQs and click the (?) in the lower right corner of the screen. Once you do that you will have to click on the (...) three dots which represent the live chat function. You may also check this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues#1

    Sometimes it's just because they're too overwhelmed. Try again later and it works.

    If it's never work, you can try to clean your cache, deleting cookies... Or, you can try using another browser like Firefox or EDGE or in a private tab...
