Home Internet outage in Sainte-Marie since this morning
My home internet service is down from 11:40 am today, in the Sainte-Marie area due to maintenance work according to the service rep I contacted through chat as soon as it went down. They estimated it could go back up in about 2-4h and it's been over 6 and a half now. This is really disruptive as I work from home, I've been burning through my mobile plan bandwidth on tethering so far to try and mitigate the problem. Now the button to open the chat isn't even responsive anymore so I can't even get an update on the situation. This is really frustrating.

did you try to turn off the modem for a minute or two?

Gave it about 3 minutes, no changes unfortunately. Still getting stuck on a blinking downstream LED.
