Just installed my new modem and it doesn't work

So I just installed both wires on my brand you modem and yet nothing works and the 5G ain't showing either.


I haven't even connected yet on the app because it doesn't work, and as I said, it is a brand new device, I took it off the box today so what should I do?

    how long has it been since you installed it? Me, it took almost an hour before it did all the updates and was ready...

    I installed it about 20 minutes ago or so, can it really be the reason why the 5G isn't showing?

    So I went to sleep last night to wait and see if in the morning it would be done with the updates.


    And when I went to look, the 5g still isn't showing :(
