I enter the correct password. I sign in and it immediately ask me to reconnect. It's a never ending loop. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Issue still happening. What's going on?
Make sure you have the right password. Do you have any letters that look alike such as 'i', 'l', '0', 'o' etc....
If your password has changed, you can perform a factory reset of the modem. After such reset, the password will be the default one displayed on the back on the modem.
To retry the app correctly, be sure to delete the app as well as the app cache before attempting to reinstall the app,

I dont have a verry good sugestion, but, you an try to clean the cache of the application. If it's not working, you can try to uninstall your app and reinstall it...
