Modem not working
Hi,
I had the technician drop off my modem today for self installation.
Im unable to connect to the network.
One of the blue lights (top one) looks almost white. Not sure what this means. The rest look like what they’re supposed to look like.
Can someone please help me with this.

when I enter the password it says the network requires a WPA2 password

also make sure is connected to the right spot. i have 2 options in my house. one 1st level and 2nd at 2nd level of my house. just an idea.
