DATA CONSUMING IS HIGH AND MAKES NO SENSE
I have paid at leas 150$ this month in "ADD ONS" To the date since i got the new sim card, this makes NO SENSE, Since i am always connected to a wifi and i only used for gps... WAITED 2 HOURS two get someone to chat with me in regards this matter but i wasnt able to do so... can someone here can explained to me, ive been with fizz for many years but i particularly feel robed

is not clear this is not what i asked… meaning that i habe NEVER USED my data and gps does not take much used on it… i nedd to speak with someone

this is the first time in 6 years i have expirience this type of issues, furthermore has a lot to say with the "new changes to the LTE network, i am always using data when i am out from home to use gps how come the consumption of a gps 2gb in less than an hour ? how you guys can explain this ? I NEED A SOLUTION ASAP....

On the page I sent you, there are the steps to access your data counter on your phone. This is the first thing to check. Is the problem on your phone or on Fizz's side. Almost all the times I've seen this type of issue, it was an app on the user's phone.

turn off Background app refresh especially for any facebook-cr-app
