Technical issue - ticket got 4 weeks without solution

Is there any estimation how long does technical issues take to be solved? I got one since Aug 9th in progress, and it is such simple issue, FIZZ charged my credit card ignoring a discount perk used on my plan.

    The issue is that Fizz did not concider your discount perk on one bill?
