When I am in France, callers do not reach my voicemail? Is there a work-around? Solution?

When I am travelling in France, people who call me only receive a standard message that the person they are trying to reach is not available. It would be ideal if they would get my actual recorded voicemail message that says I am out of the office and only back on a certain date. Has anyone found a solution or a work-around? Is Fizz even working on this frustrating situation? Thank you so much! 😋

    If you have the voicemail greeting this must be played. I never noticed this problem when I was aboard.

    Is your greeting working when you are in Canada?

    Did you already contact the support? These days are difficult to be reached but you can try to see if they have a better idea how to solve this issue

    Thanks for your reply, voicemail works beautifully when I am in Canada :).

    Overseas in Belgium and in France? Caller receives standard generated message, the person you are trying to reach is not available.
