Can't add referral code when activating SIM card
I am activating a new SIM card moving my number from an other provider but I do not get the referral number field on the order summary page. No one is answering me on chat or messenger and it's been over a day.

If this is your first plan in this account, must be an error on Fizz side
If for you the referral is important, and you can wait please contact the support
You can chat in direct

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Is it normal that it takes over a day to get a reply? I contacted them on messenger and chat yesterday and I still have no reply.

On messager is very long, with the chat is usually a couple of minutes, but these days they have problems with the VoLTE card, it can be longer.
