Replaced my SIM card but no 5gb

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else received the 5x 1gb perks that you get that they mentioned in the email when you swapped to the SIM card and if so, how long it took before it showed up in your account

    In the email that talks about this perks, they specify that it will take up to 60 days to receive the 5 X 1 gb...

    Même souci pour moi. J'ai réussi à faire activer, en clavardant avec un gentil monsieur, ma nouvelle carte SIM qui a remplacé l'originale. On me promettait un cadeau de 5 Go à ma prochaine facturation qui a eu lieu le 12-13 août.

    De plus apparaît encore sur mon site FIZZ un avis comme quoi il y a encore problème avec l'activation de la carte SIM que l'on m'avait fait parvenir. Et le problème est réglé depuis au moins deux semaines.
