I'm going to be unsubscribing soon. What is the full process?
I'm going to be unsubscribing tomorrow. I understand that I need to get a shipping label in order to send the modem back but from what I've read, I have to unsubscribe before I get the label. How am I supposed to get the label if I don't have internet? What is the correct order of steps to fully unsubscribe?

Can you choose a later date to unsubscribe ? e.g. two days from now?
Otherwise you could share internet from your cellphone to your computer/laptop via Wi-Fi, then you will still have access to internet.

Yeah, I just finished speaking to a rep about this. There was some confusion on my end because a previous rep had told me that unsubscribing was immediate and there was no way to cancel at a future date.
