Anybody else paid their monthly bill but still getting no service?
I'm getting no service anywhere even if I manually select a network. Have contacted Fizz twice already with no solution. On settings it even asks me to add a data plan which I already have.
Anyone else struggle with this?

To help you, we would need a little more context!
It already worked? How long has it stopped working? Did you do anything when it stopped working, like changing the SIM card or the credit card?
Has your service been disabled because they were unable to take the money then, you paid and the reactivation was not done?
On the customer portal, you see your plan? It is active? What type of phone do you use? There is no network? All services are down (data, voice, sms)?

Yeah, so the reactivation hasn't been done yet even though I can see that the plan is active. It's an iphone 12 and all the services are down
