Where is my 5GB for switching my SIM before the deadline?
I switched to the new VoLTE SIM card before the deadline of August 15 with no issues, but I still don't see my 5 My Rewards perks of 1GB each in my account. How can I rectify this? Thank you.

In the email you got to change the SIM card, they say it can take up to 60 days to get the 5 X 1 gb! You will have to be a little patient and check back from time to time if they are available!

Sometimes it take a few days before you get the rewards ! You can wait until your next bill or contact them

Me neither. I did saw bunch of 1GB perk but all were expired in Jun-2022, before I did the switch.
