Trying to connect VPN to router

I recently signed up for Surfshark and asked them for help connecting my VPN to my router. I gave them the model name which is CODA-4680 but they were unfimiliar with it.

They wanted to know if it supports openVPN or L2TP but I could not find the answer. They cannot help me until I find out if it does.

Does anybody know?

The Fizz router has a custom firmware which doesn't support a VPN client
