voicemail> not receiving all messages
Hello, I have a question concerning Fizz voicemail. I tested my voicemail a few times and left a message to myself but I didn't not receive all the messages. I wonder why and how I can fix that. Can the caller after leaving a message only hang up the phone or do they have to push a button to confirm the message they left on the phone? Thank you!
