I'm moving to Toronto at the end of this year and I'm wondering if I cancel my home internet or cell phone packages. do I have any options?

You cannot use Fizz services if you move to Toronto. Since you are still here for a few months, there is no rush yet to unsubscribe.

Do know that Fizz mobile is prepaid by month (there are no refunds). And Fizz internet fees are prorated, so you will be refunded for any unused days. Remember you must return the modem to Fizz within 15 days of cancelling.
