VoLTE SIM card has been ordered, didn't arrive
Some eight days ago, I've received an email titled:
"Action required: Your SIM card needs to be changed."
It came with a link and I was able to order the sim card and it appears on the Transaction history but not on the Order history.
I'm desperately waiting for this thing because I'm having signal strength troubles. I hope they are not sending it to my old address. The new one is registered, I chose it when I was placing the order but the old one somehow is still on the system.

I order mine a fews days ago and I have the same situation as your in my account. It's the same for my girlfriend.
They say it will take 2 weeks te receive it
