Why does Fizz charge me 10$ more a month without telling me they offer the same service for $69/m

I don't know how long Fizz has been offering the service I've been paying for more than a year now at $69/month but I'm currently paying at $79/month. This is how you thank your customers? They have to find out by themselves if there are better offers out there? Seriously that greedy?
