hello, I added some money to my account to be able to move during my visit to the USA, I added 5 dollars knowing they will gone fast, but nothing worked once I landed, no texts/calls/LTE. I checked my balance and is all gone. How I know in what “service” my funds where used?

    Hi

Every transaction that happens with your Wallet — funds transfer, purchases, Top-Ups, Pay As You Go — is tracked in your Wallet History.

To view your Wallet History, go to:

    1.  Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
    2. If you have more than one plan, scroll to the plan you want to view.
    3. Click the Manage button.
    4. This will open the Manage interface. Click on Wallet.
    5. Inside the Wallet interface, click on Transaction history.

Your Transaction history shows a list of all transactions that have occurred in your Wallet. Click on each line to see details about that specific transaction.

Be advised. As of July 2022, only the LTE data network will be available in the United States. You will not be able to make or receive calls and text messages.Data coverage will not be affected.

If you need to contact Fizz customer service, you can do so by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
